Funko Pops

A Funko Pop tracker built from photos of the shelf

Shoot the shelf as it stands. AI drafts an entry per Pop it sees, each with its own cropped photo — you add the line, the number on the box, the exclusive sticker, and whether it stays in-box.

Original boxed and unboxed collectible vinyl figures arranged across a dark display shelf.

What you get

Three things a Pop collection needs on record

Catalogue a shelf of Pops in one photo

Boxes stay on the shelf — photograph them as they stand. AI drafts an entry per Pop with a cropped photo; you confirm, correct, or add the ones it missed.

Keep lines and exclusives findable

Tag each Pop with its line, its exclusive sticker, and in-box or out-of-box — your words, searchable any time. A quick search at a convention beats discovering the double at home.

Know what the collection is worth

Record what you paid and what it is worth now, then export an itemised PDF with totals or a spreadsheet when it is time to insure, trade, or sell.

How it works

From a crowded shelf to a catalogued collection

  1. The Keeper of Things capture sheet: catalogue a space, choose from gallery, or add manually.
    Step 01

Shoot the shelf as it stands — boxes and all.

  2. The Keeper of Things review screen showing items the AI detected in a photo, ready to accept.
    Step 02

AI drafts an entry per Pop it sees; you add the number and the line.

  3. The Keeper of Things inventory catalogue listing items with photos, locations, and categories.
    Step 03

Search the collection at the convention before you buy a double.

  4. The Keeper of Things inventory grouped by category, showing Electronics and Furniture groups.
    Step 04

Display shelf, spare-room boxes, the office desk — one collection.

FAQ

Tracking Pops, answered

Still curious? Reach us at [email protected] .

Can I record what I paid versus what it is worth?

Yes. Each figure carries one estimated value you can update any time, and the itemised PDF totals the exported collection. The description can hold the history — what you paid, where, and what it last sold for.

How do I record in-box versus out-of-box?

Tags, or a line in the description — most collectors tag in-box, out-of-box, and the sticker type. The photos do the rest: box condition is on the record because the box is in the picture.

Does it know which Pop is which?

No — there is no Pop database behind it. AI drafts a name and description from the photo, and you correct it to the exact Pop, box number and exclusive included. Your collection, described by you, not by a database.

Is my collection private?

Yes — tied to your account, encrypted in transit and at rest, never sold, and never used for advertising. It is shared only if you invite family members to it.
