How do I keep the yardage and notions chart?
Photograph the back of the envelope too — an item holds multiple photos, so the front art and the back chart stay together on one entry, readable whenever you are standing in front of the fabric.
Can I record which sizes each pattern covers?
Yes — sizes go in the description or as tags, whichever you search by more naturally. The description holds the rest: what you made, how it fitted, what you would change next time.
Does it organise the fabric stash too?
Yes. It is one catalogue for anything you can photograph — fabric lengths, notions, machine feet, the machines themselves. AI drafts an entry for what it sees in each photo and you confirm, so the pattern boxes are just the start.
Is my stash private?
